BiGG Five Spice Seasoning
2 slices toast
2 eggs
lemon juice, to taste
50g heirloom tomato, halved
coriander for garnish
1 avocado
1/2 tsp sesame oil
METHOD
Smash your avocado with a fork until your desired consistency, season with lemon juice and set aside.
Poach the eggs until your desired doneness, toast your bread at the same time.
