Batter 30g tapioca starch 1 egg

Whisk the egg and add it to your bowl of squid, then add the starch and mix well.
Deep Fry the squid for 2-3 minutes until very crispy.
Pile up the squid on a plate, garnish with the chilli, spring onion and sprinkle BiGG Five Spice over the top.
