I love how quick and tasty this pasta dish is with BiGG Chilli tomato which adds the perfect amount of flavour and heat to upgrade this pasta into something special.
This dish can be thrown together in minutes.
Pasta dough 200g plain flour 2 whole eggs 2 egg yolks 20 ml olive oil Pinch salt
Method: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Once a dough has formed flour your bench and knead dough for 5 minutes or until smooth then place into fridge to rest ( 20 minutes )
Then roll out pasta to your desired thickness and cut into linguine.
The other ingredients you will need are:
300g large raw prawns butterflied 1 small red onion 3 garlic cloves Cherry tomatoes Chopped parsley Squeeze of Lemon
Method: Sautée prawns in a fry pan with olive oil for 3 minutes , then add your sliced onion and garlic cooking for a further 2 minutes before adding your cherry tomatoes and 2 tsp of BiGG Chilli Tomato seasoning.
To finish throw in your pasta , chopped parsley and plate up sprinkling more BiGG Chilli Tomato!
